Shipping Fees
Orders over $200 with delivery addresses within Australia do not incur a shipping charge.
Orders received with an Australian delivery address which are $199 and below will incur a standard flat rate shipping charge of $12. For express delivery within Australia, the rate is $22 inc GST.
Standard international shipping to New Zealand is $25 AUD. Express international shipping is $50 AUD. It is to Home Safety Store's discretion to amend this amount should the order be larger than ordinary and shipping costs to New Zealand do not cover the standard amounts quoted.
Delivery
This website is only for delivery of products to customers in Australia and New Zealand. Your order will be processed within 1-2 days and will normally take between 5-7 business days to reach you. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
homesafetystore.com.au shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us. For multiple orders being sent to the same person at the same address, we reserve the right to combine orders into a smaller number of shipments.
Shipping and order tracking
homesafetystore.com.au will deliver to any Australian and New Zealand address. Be sure to provide a valid shipping address, homesafetystore.com.au is not responsible for lost packages that have been successfully delivered. Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and shipping times are estimated between 5-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. If we cannot process your order or the products are unavailable then you will be informed within 2 working days. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstance such as natural disaster, strike, transport complications etc.
A tracking number will be issued via email to the email address you provide which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel.
